Huilerie Emile Noël is a family business that has been milling artisan oil since 1920. When organic certification was introduced in 1972, they were the first oil millers in France to press organically-farmed seeds. Today they press a large variety of nuts and seeds using first cold-pressing in order to preserve all the flavour and nutrients in the oils. They source their raw materials from local farmers when possible, and are also committed to using Fair Trade supply chains. They guarantee their organic quality by performing systematic analysis in their internal laboratory on each batch of raw material and of oil before bottling.
